NQX-045 Weather Cycling Apparatus

Application:

The Weathering Cycling Apparatus is used to conduct weathering cycling test of the building insulating glass unit (IGU). During test, the specimens shall be subjected to high temperature, low temperature, spray water and wind.

2. The specimens size: 355±6mm*505±6mm
3. circle cycle: 6h±5min
   1. at the beginning of the circle: the temperature can be fell -29±3℃ from the room temperature in the 1h±5min.
   2. the temperature keep -29±3℃ in the 1h±5min.
   3. the temperature can be rose from -29±3℃ to the room temperature(15-30℃) in the 1h±5min.
   4. the temperature can be rise from the room temperature to 60±3℃ in the succedent 1h±5min.at the this process,it has the spray test and the ultra violet lamp in one hour. In the spray test, the humidity is more than 90% .
   5. It is proceed with the ultra violet lamp at 60±3℃ in the 1h±5min.
   6. The temperature is fell the room temperature from 60±3℃ in the 1h±5min.The ultra violet lamp is keeping in this process.
